Description

The Pokémon 30th Celebration Tech Sticker Collection — Lucario puts one of the most popular fighters in the franchise on the front of the anniversary set's entry-level collector format: three 30th Celebration booster packs, a foil Lucario promo card, and a matching Lucario sticker sheet for tech, deck boxes and display cases. Pokémon Center allocations for the thirtieth anniversary sold through at the source on day one — this is one of the formats that vanished with them.

What's Inside

  • 3 Pokémon 30th Celebration booster packs — six foil cards per pack
  • 1 foil promo card featuring Lucario — anniversary-stamped
  • 1 Lucario tech sticker sheet — aura-blue artwork across the full sheet
  • 1 of 30 Pikachu rare cards in every pack — three numbered draws included

An All-Foil Anniversary Print Run

The set these packs come from rewrites the rules of a standard expansion. Every card is foil, down to the Basic Energy. Packs hold six cards instead of five. Each booster pack contains one of 30 different Pikachu rare cards, illustrated by artists including Atsuko Nishida — the original designer of Pikachu. The Futuristic rare rarity debuts with YOSHIROTTEN's neon Mewtwo ex and Mew ex, and the Classic Collection returns 30 celebrated cards from three decades of the game, led by the Base Set Charizard. First simultaneous worldwide launch in TCG history; no booster box format anywhere in the lineup — packs exist only inside sealed products like this one.

Why the Lucario Edition

Lucario has been a franchise face for two decades — a movie headliner, a fighting-game regular, and a Pokémon whose cards hold a collector following well beyond its rarity tier. Of the two Tech Sticker Collections in the anniversary lineup, the Lucario edition is the one with the fiercer following; its aura-blue sheet is the one we expect to be asked for after it's gone. Lucario's card history explains it: from its movie-era debut promos through the modern Mega Lucario ex chase cards, its printings hold their following in a way few non-starters manage — and an anniversary-stamped foil promo slots straight into that lineage. The format itself is the lineup's most accessible: three packs, a guaranteed foil promo, and the sticker sheet — an anniversary keepsake at an entry price. Every unit is purchased directly from Pokémon Center, with order records retained for every order, and ships factory sealed in its original blister packaging.

The pack maths holds up too: three packs of an all-foil print run means 18 foil cards plus the promo in a single blister — and three numbered draws at the 30-card Pikachu subset that gives the anniversary its signature collection.

Key Cards to Chase in 30th Celebration

Even at three packs, the revealed roster makes every rip count. The Classic Collection Base Set Charizard — the original 4/102 layout — headlines the 30 returning cards woven through the print run, confirmed alongside the Pikachu & Zekrom-GX from Team Up. The brand-new Futuristic rare tier debuts with Mewtwo ex #157 and Mew ex #158, both illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN. The Eeveelution trio — Umbreon ex #092, Espeon ex #070 and Sylveon ex #071 — anchors the modern chase list with Greninja ex #021, and every single pack carries one of 30 numbered Pikachu rare cards from illustrators including Pikachu's original designer Atsuko Nishida. Pull rates haven't been published yet — the verified chase cards sit in the visual rundown below this listing and will be updated as official reveals continue toward release.

Allocation and the Preorder Window

Pokémon Center's anniversary preorder allocation cleared at the source on launch day — the fastest sell-through of any set in the modern era — and the launch-wave formats like this one disappeared first. Our allocation was secured in that window, and a preorder here reserves a confirmed unit from it, dispatched from release day in the order received with tracking on every parcel. Each blister ships exactly as packed: promo, sticker sheet and packs sealed inside.

On the sticker sheet itself: it's a full die-cut sheet of Lucario artwork sized for laptop lids, deck boxes, storage cases and phone backs — the kind of official anniversary merchandise that never gets reprinted once the print window closes. Collectors who keep the blister sealed keep the sheet with it; openers get an anniversary keepsake that outlasts the packs. Either way the sheet is the differentiator: the packs are the same six-foil-card anniversary boosters as every other format, but only the two Tech Sticker Collections carry official 30th sticker sheets, and only in this one print window.

Collecting both sticker sheets? The Alolan Exeggutor edition completes the pair, and the Eevee collection with two packs and the anniversary coin sits alongside at the same price tier.
