Gift Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Vault Reveal gift-with-purchase promotion (the "Vault Reveal"). The promoter is Evol Vault, a trading name of Evol Initiative Ltd (registered in England & Wales, Company No. 14659896), registered office 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the promoter. The Vault Reveal is a gift with purchase: signing up and receiving a code is free, but the gift can only be claimed on a single order with a minimum spend of £100 (excluding delivery). By taking part in the Vault Reveal you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What This Is

The Vault Reveal is a gift-with-purchase promotion. Signing up on-site and receiving a gift code is free and requires no purchase. The gift itself — one (1) Free Mystery Pack — can only be claimed on a single order with a minimum order subtotal of £100 (excluding delivery). You do not have to buy anything to receive a code, but you will not receive the Free Mystery Pack unless you place a qualifying £100 order before the code expires (see clauses 4 and 5).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom and other countries we deliver to, aged 18 or over. You must be 18 or over to take part, in line with our account and purchase terms.
  • Our staff and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • One free mystery pack per person, household and email address. The code is for personal, non-commercial use; redemptions obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms may be refused or voided.

3. How To Take Part

The on-site reel is a presentation feature only — it is not a game of chance. Every valid sign-up receives the same gift code. To take part, enter a valid email address on the reel. You may optionally add a mobile number and tick the SMS consent box to receive early-access drop alerts by text (see clause 8). Neither is required to take part or to receive your gift code.

4. The Gift

Every valid sign-up receives, by email, a discount code that adds one (1) Free Mystery Pack to a single order with a minimum order subtotal of £100 (calculated on product prices before delivery charges and before the value of this gift; this code cannot itself count towards reaching the £100 threshold). A mystery pack is a sealed Pokemon TCG pack selected from current stock. This is a gift with purchase: it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The specific pack provided may vary depending on current stock.

5. Your Code

  • The code can be redeemed once per customer and is for personal, non-commercial use.
  • It applies only to orders with a minimum order subtotal of £100 (calculated on product prices before delivery charges and before the value of this gift; this code cannot itself count towards reaching the £100 threshold).
  • It is valid until 21 July 2026 and cannot be used after that date.
  • It cannot be combined with any other promotional code.
  • Redemption is subject to availability. If the mystery pack is out of stock when you redeem, we will provide a mystery pack of equal or greater value, or — if no suitable substitute is available — you may cancel the order for a full refund before dispatch.
  • We may void any code that is obtained or used fraudulently, or in breach of these terms. Before voiding a code that has been used on a paid order, we will contact you and give you an opportunity to respond. This does not affect your statutory rights or any refund due if your order is cancelled.

6. Delivery Of Your Code

Your code is sent by email to the address you provide. Please check your spam and promotions folders. If you provide a mobile number and tick the SMS consent box (see clause 8), we may also send your code by SMS once that service becomes available; until then, email is the method of delivery. If you do not receive your code, contact support@evolvault.com.

7. Availability

The Vault Reveal runs from 9 June 2026 and is open-ended until we close or withdraw it. We will give reasonable notice on this page before closing it to new sign-ups. The gift is subject to stock availability. We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Vault Reveal at any time for reasons outside our reasonable control. Codes already validly issued remain valid until 21 July 2026 regardless, and any withdrawal will not affect codes that have already been validly issued.

8. Marketing & Your Data

Evol Initiative Ltd is the data controller. We use the details you provide to operate the Vault Reveal — including sending and validating your gift code and preventing duplicate or fraudulent sign-ups. By signing up to the Vault Reveal you agree to receive our marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you provide a mobile number and tick the SMS consent box, you also agree to receive marketing SMS (including early-access drop alerts); you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or as described in the message. We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or otherwise. We administer the Vault Reveal in good faith; if a code is issued in error we may correct or void it, and where we exercise discretion in operating the Vault Reveal we will act reasonably. The Vault Reveal is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Nintendo, The Pokemon Company or any of their affiliates.
