How points, tiers and rewards work, in plain terms.
Our loyalty programme. Every order earns Vault Points, and your lifetime spend sets your tier: Member, Insider or Founder. Higher tiers earn points faster and hear about Pokémon Center drops before everyone else.
Create a customer account. Every account is enrolled automatically, so if you have ordered with an account before you are already in. Sign in to see your balance and tier.
Tiers are decided by what you have spent with us since the programme began: Insider at £500, Founder at £2,000. They are based on lifetime spend, so once you reach a tier you keep it. Points do not affect your tier; they are what you redeem.
You earn one Vault Point per £1 as a Member, 1.5 as an Insider and 2 as a Founder, plus bonus points for your first order and for leaving a review. Redemptions are paused while we rework the rewards. Your points stay on your account and will be there when they reopen.
Points expire after 12 months without activity. Any order or points event resets the clock, and we email you before anything lapses.
Insiders and Founders receive the drop email before it goes to everyone else, so you are shopping before the public wave. Founders also hold a reserved allocation on drops we name as reserved, which means their order is never the one cut if an allocation is reduced.
Yes. Your referral link is in your account. When a friend you refer places their first order, you receive 500 Vault Points and they receive 250.
