Submissions start at £150 in value. A quote costs nothing, and if we cannot help we say so quickly.
Not yet. Graded slabs are next on the list, and when they arrive it will be PSA, BGS and CGC only. Raw singles and bulk lots are not something we buy. If you have sealed Pokemon Center exclusives, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes, UPCs or collection boxes, those are exactly what the desk wants to see.
A person on the desk checks recent sold prices for your exact product, in your exact version, and builds the quote from what these items are actually selling for right now. Your quote email shows the market value we used and both figures in pounds, cash and store credit, so you can see the basis.
Your quote lands within 48 hours, and most go out within 24. It is valid for 7 days from the day we send it. If the market moves sharply before you accept, we send a fresh quote instead of pretending the old number still holds.
Every parcel is inspected and photographed, and you get our photos either way. If something differs from your description we send a revised offer with the photos, and you are free to say no. If we cannot agree a deal, everything comes back to you free by tracked and insured post. The one exception is an item we reasonably believe is counterfeit or stolen. We may hold that item and report it, and we will tell you why. Clause 6 of the terms sets this out.
No fees of any kind, ever. Once you accept a quote we email you a prepaid, insured Royal Mail label, so posting costs you nothing. And if we cannot agree a deal after inspection, return postage is on us as well.
By bank transfer, the same working day you accept the final offer, to an account matching your photo ID. Or take store credit as a gift card that never expires and always pays more than cash. You must be 18 or over and living in the UK.
Mention it in the form and the desk confirms before you post anything. For higher value items we agree the approach with you first, including the safest way to send them.
