The Pokémon 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box, Pokémon Center Exclusive is the collector's edition of the set marking thirty years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. The Pokémon Center version carries 11 booster packs, two more than the nine-pack retail ETB, plus two full-art Nidorina foil promos, one emblazoned with the Pokémon Center logo. That stamped promo exists nowhere else. It is the single detail that separates this box from every standard copy, and the reason Pokémon Center editions of anniversary products become the definitive sealed format.

The Set: 30th Celebration

30th Celebration is the commemorative expansion for the Pokémon TCG's thirtieth anniversary, released worldwide on 16 September 2026, and it breaks the normal rules of a set. Every single card is foil, including Basic Energy, and there are no reverse holos at all. Each booster pack contains five cards and one of them is always one of 30 different Pikachu rare cards, a subset with its own numbering and illustrations from artists including Atsuko Nishida, the original illustrator of Pikachu. The 128-card main set is joined by 18 Illustration Rares, 10 Special Illustration Rares, and two cards in a brand-new rarity, the Futuristic rare, with artwork by Japanese artist YOSHIROTTEN. Woven through the print run is the Classic Collection: 30 celebrated cards returning from three decades of the game on their original numbering, headlined by the Base Set Charizard. Three further Mew cards in a red, green and blue RGB finish were kept secret until launch and are the rarest pulls in the set.

It is also the first Pokémon TCG expansion ever to launch simultaneously worldwide, and the only modern set of its kind with no booster box format. Packs exist solely inside sealed products like this one, which caps the amount of product that can ever reach the market.

The ten Special Illustration Rares, led by the Day and Night Pikachu ex pair (#149 and #150), Mew ex #152 and Jirachi ex #155, come around one in every 17 to 22 packs, which is far more generous than a normal modern set. The Classic Collection appears in roughly one pack in ten, with the Base Set Charizard 4/102 the card everyone wants from it. The three RGB Mew cards are rarer than anything else here and too scarce to put a number on yet.
