Odds sourced from TCGplayer’s roughly 3,500-pack Perfect Order dataset, cross-checked against community trackers. The darker bar is the low end of the range and the lighter bar runs to the high end. Odds for a single card assume every card of its rarity is equally likely.

What the odds mean
Your odds of hitting specific chase cards are meaningfully better than in larger sets like Ascended Heroes. The rates in the pull-rate table come from TCGplayer's opening sample, cross-checked against community trackers. As with all pull rate data, these are averages across large samples: your individual box might run hot or cold. The table gives the odds of each rarity per pack, and the chance of at least one in whichever product you pick.
Illustration Rares are the most common hit. There are 11 in the set, fewer than in Ascended Heroes, so you will see more duplicates across several boxes, but each one feels more significant because there are fewer to collect.
Ultra Rares are the full-art Pokémon ex and Trainer cards, 18 in all. A box gives you a handful, so the tier is collected over several boxes or finished with singles.
Special Illustration Rares are where the set's value lives. There are only six, so each individual SIR turns up more often than any specific SIR in a 295-card set like Ascended Heroes, but fewer than half of booster boxes contain one.
The Mega Hyper Rare, the gold Mega Zygarde ex, is the hardest pull in the set by a distance. Don't factor it into purchasing decisions: if you pull one, treat it as a windfall rather than a return on investment.
The Perfect Order chase cards
Mega Zygarde ex SIR (#120) is the set's headline card. The kaleidoscope artwork makes it one of the most visually distinctive SIRs in the Mega Evolution era, with a prismatic colour effect that shifts depending on the viewing angle, and Zygarde's fan following as the guardian of the Kalos ecosystem keeps collectors seeking it for display rather than just set completion. Above it sits the gold Mega Zygarde ex Mega Hyper Rare (#124).
Meowth ex SIR (#121) surprised everyone. A Team Rocket-inspired comic book border created demand from collectors who grew up with the original Team Rocket set, and it now trades above the Zygarde SIR. It's a reminder that popularity doesn't always follow power level: Meowth isn't a competitive staple, but the card design resonates on an emotional level.
Rosa's Encouragement SIR (#123) leads the set's two Supporter SIRs, ahead of Jacinthe SIR (#122). These character-focused cards attract a collector segment that chases Trainer SIRs across sets, a trend that has been building since the Paldea era. The Mega Starmie ex and Mega Clefable ex SIRs (#118 and #119) round out the six. Beyond the SIRs, the Clefairy and Dedenne Illustration Rares lead their tier.
Box-level value
For the average opener, the cards in a Perfect Order booster box are worth less than the box itself, which is normal for sealed product. What the compact card pool changes is the shape of the result: value is concentrated in fewer, more impactful pulls rather than spread across hundreds of low-value cards.
The box-level variance is also lower than in larger sets. Because the card pool is compact, the floor on a "bad" box is higher: you will still pull several Illustration Rares and Ultra Rares that carry some trade value, even if you miss the SIR. In a 295-card set, a box without a SIR can feel like mostly bulk. In Perfect Order, the non-SIR pulls still matter, which makes it particularly appealing for collectors who buy one or two boxes rather than cases.
The 6-pack Booster Bundle is the smallest sealed way in; switch the table above to Bundle to see its odds. The Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box holds 11 packs (the standard retail ETB has 9) and two full-art Tyrunt promos, one of them carrying the Pokémon Center stamp that is only found in this box. It is the one to keep sealed.
How Perfect Order compares
Against Ascended Heroes pull rates, Perfect Order offers better odds per pack on specific cards but fewer total chase cards. The God Pack factor in Ascended Heroes gives it a higher ceiling per individual pack, but Perfect Order's consistency and lower variance make it the safer bet for collectors who want predictable openings. Against Phantasmal Flames, Perfect Order has nothing near the value of the Mega Charizard X ex at the top end, but compensates with broader box-level value and a more satisfying completion path.
For collectors focused on completing the master set, Perfect Order is one of the most achievable targets in the Mega Evolution era. The compact card pool means you can realistically track your progress and fill gaps through targeted singles purchases after your initial sealed openings.

Perfect Order questions
Does Perfect Order have a high pull rate?
On hit rate it sits in line with the other Mega Evolution sets. Where it wins is the pool: six Special Illustration Rares against Ascended Heroes' 22, so any one of them is easier to pull. The table above breaks the odds down by pack and by product.
What is the rarest card in Perfect Order?
Mega Zygarde ex in gold, #124: the set's only Mega Hyper Rare, and its hardest pull by some distance.
What are the most valuable Perfect Order cards?
The gold Mega Zygarde ex and the Meowth ex Special Illustration Rare lead, followed by the other SIRs. Values move daily, and the ranking above always carries today's.
What comes in the Pokémon Center Perfect Order ETB?
Eleven booster packs where the retail box has nine, two full-art Tyrunt promos (the Pokémon Center-stamped one is found only in this box), 65 sleeves, 40 Basic Energy, a player's guide and dice, all in the Pokémon Center exclusive box.
Is there a booster box for Perfect Order?
Yes, a 36-pack Booster Box: the most packs for one purchase, so the best chance at a Special Illustration Rare or the gold Zygarde.
