UK: Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, typically 2-4 working days after dispatch. Free over £100.

EU: Tracked, 5-10 working days.

USA & Canada: Tracked, 7-14 working days.

Rest of World: Tracked, 10-21 working days.

Every parcel is packed for protection: 2-3 layers of bubble wrap, H-taped seams and a snug-fit box, so your sealed product travels exactly as it should. Every order is tracked. We ship to 28+ countries.

All items ship factory sealed with tamper-evident packaging. Your product arrives exactly as it left The Pokémon Company.

Unopened, factory-sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original sealed condition. Opened products cannot be returned. To arrange a return, email support@evolvault.com with your order number.
