Every parcel is packed for protection — 2–3 layers of bubble wrap, H-taped seams and a snug-fit box, so your sealed product travels exactly as it should. Every order is tracked. We ship to 28+ countries.

Unopened, factory-sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original sealed condition — opened products cannot be returned. To arrange a return, email support@evolvault.com with your order number.

Damage or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with original photos and an unboxing video — full evidence requirements in our Refund Policy.
