Description

The Pokémon Delta Reign Booster Box holds 36 factory-sealed booster packs of 10 cards each: 360 cards of the expansion built around Mega Rayquaza ex. It is the highest-volume way to open Delta Reign, and the format set builders reach for when one purchase has to carry the whole set list.

What's Inside

  • 36 Pokémon Delta Reign booster packs, factory sealed in the official display box
  • 10 cards in every pack, plus a Basic Energy and a Pokémon TCG Live code card (360 set cards in total)
  • Packs in the set's four artworks: Mega Rayquaza, Mega Malamar, Mega Golurk and Mega Golisopod

That's the entire product: no accessories, no filler, just packs. The display box itself, with Mega Rayquaza on the lid, is part of what you're keeping if the box stays sealed.

The Set: Mega Evolution Delta Reign

Delta Reign is the sixth expansion of the Mega Evolution series and releases worldwide on 6 November 2026. It brings more than 135 cards led by Mega Rayquaza ex, with Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex and Mega Golisopod ex as the set's other Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, plus 6 Special Illustration Rares, 14 Illustration Rares and 17 Ultra Rares.

Its new mechanic is the Legendary Stadium: two Stadium cards that join into one artwork when played together. A pack that contains a Legendary Stadium carries both halves, so you never pull half a pair. The set adapts Japan's Storm Emeralda expansion, which released there in July, so its chase hierarchy is already mapped before the English print arrives.

Why Mega Rayquaza Matters

Rayquaza is one of the most collected Pokémon in the hobby. Its alternate-art VMAX from Evolving Skies remains one of the most sought-after cards of the Sword & Shield era, and Mega Rayquaza last led a set in the XY era, a decade ago. Delta Reign brings the Mega form back to the top of a chase list, with a Special Art Rare that already trades as one of the two most valuable cards in Japan's print. For sealed collectors, that makes a Delta Reign display as much a keeping decision as an opening one.

Booster Box or Elite Trainer Box?

The booster box is pure volume: 36 packs against the Elite Trainer Box's 11. Both hold the same packs, so the odds per pack are identical; the difference is volume against exclusivity. If your goal is working through the set list, pack count is the number that matters, and a full display is the most efficient route to the Illustration Rares and Ultra Rares that fill a binder.

The Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box is the collector's format instead: fewer packs, but two Kyogre promos, one of them stamped with the Pokémon Center logo, plus the full accessory kit. Plenty of collectors resolve this by taking one of each, the box to open and the ETB to keep, which is also the combination that covers both the set list and the exclusive print.

A sealed display also holds its own place in a collection. Unopened booster boxes from a set's first print run are the format long-term sealed collectors store, and a Mega Rayquaza set is the kind of release that gets remembered.

Sealed Exactly as It Left the Factory

We don't open boxes and we don't weigh them for chase-card hunting. The packs inside have never been searched, weighed or resealed, so what you open carries the same odds the factory sealed in. Every display is hand-checked and packed by Alice and our team before dispatch. Limited allocation. No restocks guaranteed.

Key Cards to Chase in Delta Reign

Mega Rayquaza runs the top of this set. In Japan's Storm Emeralda print, the gold Mega Rayquaza ex (Japan's Mega Ultra Rare, the tier the English sets call Mega Hyper Rare) and the Mega Rayquaza ex Special Art Rare are the two most valuable cards by a distance. Behind them come the Special Art Rares for Raikou ex, Zinnia's Trust, Mega Golisopod ex and Mega Golurk ex, and the full-art Mega Rayquaza ex Super Rare.

Thirty-six packs is the most realistic shot at the Special Illustration Rare tier that any single product offers: across recent Mega Evolution sets that tier has landed roughly 1 in 80 to 100 packs, while the gold cards sit closer to 1 in 1,000 or rarer. English numbering and prices arrive with the release, so treat the Japanese values as the early read. The chase cards below show today's Japanese-print values, and the Delta Reign set guide covers the card list.

Prefer a lighter start? The Delta Reign Booster Bundle holds six packs of the same set. See every format on the Delta Reign collection page, or browse everything currently available at Evol Vault.
