Quick answers for Pokémon TCG sealed products, pre-orders, shipping, and returns.

Are your Pokémon products authentic and sealed?

Yes — we focus on authentic, sealed Pokémon TCG products for collectors and players. Items are sold sealed as listed.

Do you sell pre-orders, and when are they shipped?

Yes. Pre-orders are dispatched on or shortly after the official release date. If there is a supplier delay, allocation issue, or cancellation, we’ll contact you and issue a refund where applicable.

Can I cancel a pre-order or regular order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, cancellations are generally not possible unless there’s an issue on our side.

Pre-orders are final sale once placed, except in cases such as supplier delay/cancellation or allocation issues.

How long does shipping take in the UK?

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-orders), and delivery is usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available to selected regions. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes — all orders include tracking. Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Refunds are processed for damaged items (photo proof required) or if the wrong item was sent.

Can I return sealed products if I change my mind?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains in original, sealed, mint condition. Opened, tampered, or unsealed products cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you guarantee specific pulls, hits, or card condition inside sealed products?

No. Pull rates and card conditions inside factory-sealed Pokémon TCG products are determined by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee hits, specific cards, or grading outcomes.

How are products packaged for shipping?

We aim to package orders securely to protect sealed product condition in transit. If there’s a shipping issue, contact us with photos and your order number so we can help quickly.
